S-7 Akebonoyama Agricultural Park
This spot is in “Short trips". See “Short trips" map/ See Japan map
I love this park. In early April for a field of Tulip(pic.1), in late July for Sunflower, in early Oct for Cosmos(pic.2). As you can see in the map, the park is located 3km away from Tega-numa(my article in S-4), 2.5km north from JR Abiko station. From my home it’s 13km away, so it’s nice place for me to hang out.
Besides, there are some nice cafes near this park like “Chayahanahana“(pic.4) in an old temple, Fusebenten which was built 1200 years ago and in front of the temple, there is a Japanese garden(pic.5). So I feel calm there. Since the temple and cafe are on the small hill, I can enjoy the green field with eating sweet(pic.4). At that time, it was just after typhoon passed this area, so the flourishing sunflower were all devastated(pic.3). I’ll retake the scene again someday.
